They do not deliver on their promise! When you pay for rush delivery (next day by 3PM) they do not honor that promise. In our case this resulted in having printed boxes to send out for an influencer campaign way too late, so needed to come up with a emergency solution. Which cost us more money and time. Really, do not use Packlane for any professional job, because they are amateurs!
